I had the unique opportunity to witness and photograph the historic first US launch of Rocket Lab, Electron rocket from Pad LC-2, NASA Wallops Flight Facility, Virginia. Five cameras were used around the rocket pad at various viewing points for this launch. Using a sound trigger, it fires the camera shutter and is set to continuous mode so the camera takes pictures until the sound of the rocket engines fades away.
